The central location made it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The breakfast was varied and plentiful with some great savory options like scrambled eggs! The location is everything! ! You've got gondolas passing by and a charming atmosphere we just couldn't get enough of!

I was extremely disappointed with the initial room assignment. We were given an undesirable room on the second floor and asked to pay extra for what we actually booked. The reception staff, particularly Alba, did not seem to take responsibility for her mistake, which left a sour impression on our experience.

This was a prime choice for a quick layover in Venice with value for price. We loved hearing the gondoliers singing in the mornings. It's a bit tricky to find, so have good directions ready.

The guided tours were awesome, and we even took an excursion to Murano Island! Perfect location and friendly staff made it a memorable trip.

Woke up each morning to the charming sounds of gondoliers singing. The location was amazing—just steps away from iconic sights and delightful cafes. Truly a Venetian gem!

However, the room was quite cramped and lacked an extra key, making it inconvenient for us when coming and going. A few more amenities would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, just a short walk from the famous Piazza San Marco. It was perfect for our family, and we loved that our pet could join us. The staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use a bit more space.
